What is Max Body Boot Camp?
Max Body Boot Camp is a four week outdoor fitness program that includes top notch fitness instruction, a common sense nutrition program and motivational training all designed to get you in the best shape of your life regardless of your current fitness level.

Will I be able to participate if I'm not in good shape?
Absolutely. All fitness levels are welcome to participate. Your safety is paramount, so you'll never be asked to perform more than you're capable of doing. But, you will be pushed to give 100% effort. Each class will build upon the previous class, so your body will be given time to adjust to the increased workload. We want our participants to have fun and get in great shape, which will happen if you attend all your scheduled classes.
Are there any pre-requisites?
All of our exercises are scalable to most fitness levels. With that said, you should be able to jog for 30-60 second periods. Slow jogging is fine. We perform very short runs and in order for you to participate with the entire group, a minimum of slow jogging is necessary.

Boot Camp Basic: 3 Days Per Week

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, 5-8 pound hand weights, water bottle, running shoes and a good attitude. Also, for the 6am class many campers have found warm gloves and a sweater to be a good idea to bring along.
We'll provide all additional equipment, motivation, and accountability you'll need. Oh, and make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach. We don't want you to get light headed during our fun and energizing workouts!
What can I expect to achieve?
As part of your regular fitness routine, you can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. On average you'll drop at least 5-12 pounds, 1-2 dress/pant sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 4 weeks. Of course it always depends on how much effort you put forward. :)

What is the Pre Camp Evaluation & Fit Test?
The Pre-Camp Evaluation & Fit Test is an introduction to Boot Camp.
Your coach will put you through a Light Fit Test where we will take you through some basic boot camp exercises and record your reps/ times. We don't care what the numbers are, they're strictly for pre/post-camp comparisons and undeniable proof of progress at the end of camp. :)
We will also record your weight and measure your body fat percentage. Again, the numbers don't matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don't be surprised if you see a 2-4% reduction in your body fat and a loss of several inches over the first four weeks! Remember, the more consistent you are the better your results will be!
Lastly, we will answer any questions you may have, go over a typical day, and cover your Max Body Success Journal.
When is the Pre Camp Evaluation?
The Pre-Camp Evaluation and Fit Test will take place before your first day of Boot Camp alongside your fitness coach. This will give you a chance to meet your coach and get any questions answered.
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you'll find that you're no longer sore.

Attend all scheduled camp days within your registered four week camp. If you're not happy with Max Body Boot Camp, then we don't want your money. We'll simply refund your registration fee by mail within 21 business days of your request.
What is a typical day like at camp?
Each workout program is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to give you maximum results in minimum time it is difficult to describe a "typical day." You can expect some light running, resistance training, obstacle courses, core, body weight, and team training.
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as a couple of days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level.
What do I do when camp is over?
Max Body Fitness Boot Camp is an ongoing program. However, typically after we completing three 4-week sessions we may take one week off so that you can recover and also to make up any days that mother nature forces us to miss. This is a lifestyle change. You're welcome to join for a little as one camp or stay onboard for the long haul like 99% of our campers!
What is Max Body Boot Camp LITE?
Max Body Boot Camp Lite is the same results-focused program you know and love from Max Body Boot Camp Basic, but with more scheduling flexibility. Max Body Boot Camp Lite allows you to complete one month of classes in a two-month span. Created for who would like to maintain Max Body Boot Camp results, or utilize Max Body Boot Camp classes to supplement another workout routine.
