__"Before I joined Mark's boot camp I worked out 3 days a week at a gym and walked on the beach for exercise. Although I worked up a sweat, I rarely felt like I was pushing myself.

"I tend to work out consistently for a few months before tapering off into laziness and I joined Mark's boot camp to get myself back on track. I had participated in another boot camp before but it failed to make me break a sweat, let alone motivate me. I was surprised at how much personal attention I received from Mark from day one.

What's more amazing is that he does the same thing for over 20 ladies at one time. He keeps the classes small ( no more than 12 ladies in the morning, 12 in the evening) so you almost feel like you are getting a personal training session.
