How do I sign-up?
Step 1: Complete the online registration form.
Step 2: After completion you will be redirected to the payment page where you can either pay by credit card using paypal or by check due at your first session.
Note: All payments are due the Friday before camp begins. To ensure your spot is secure we recommend using the online payment option.
What is MaxFit Bootcamp?
MaFit Bootcamp is four weeks of heart-pumping intense indoor workouts. Our workouts are high-energy, fat-burning and calorie crushing workouts. Your bootcamp coach will keep you engaged every step of the way, and you won't believe the results. If you're looking to get a great workout, this is for you!

Will I be able to participate if I'm not in good shape?
Absolutely. All fitness levels are welcome to participate. Your safety is paramount, so you'll never be asked to perform more than you're capable of doing. But, you will be pushed to give 100% effort. Each class will build upon the previous class, so your body will be given time to adjust to the increased workload. We want our participants to have fun and get in great shape, which will happen if you attend all your scheduled classes.
Are there any pre-requisites?
All of our exercises are scalable to most fitness levels. With that said, you should be able to jog for 30-60 second periods. Slow jogging is fine. We perform very short runs and in order for you to participate with the entire group, a minimum of slow jogging is necessary.

What class times do you offer?
5:00-5:50am (Mon., Wed., Fri. for 4 weeks)
6:00-6:50am (Mon., Wed., Fri. for 4 weeks)
12:30-1:20 (Mon., Wed., Fri. for 4 weeks)
What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, water bottle, running shoes and a good attitude.
What can I expect to achieve?
After 4 weeks of MaxFit you can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. On average you'll drop at least 5-12 pounds, 1-2 dress/pant sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 4 weeks. Of course it always depends on how much effort you put forward.

What is the MaxFit Evaluation?
The MaxFit Evaluation is an introduction to MaxFit Indoor Bootcamp.
Your coach will put you through a Light Fit Test where we will take you through some basic boot camp exercises and record your reps/ times. We don't care what the numbers are, they're strictly for pre/post-camp comparisons and undeniable proof of progress at the end of camp.
We will also record your weight and measure your body fat percentage. Again, the numbers don't matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don't be surprised if you see a 2-4% reduction in your body fat and a loss of several inches over the first four weeks! Remember, the more consistent you are the better your results will be!
Lastly, we will answer any questions you may have, go over a typical day, and cover your Max Body Success Journal.
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you'll find that you're no longer sore.

How does your guarantee work?
Attend all scheduled the scheduled workouts within your registered four weeks. If you're not happy with MaxFit Indoor Bootcamp, then we don't want your money. We'll simply refund your registration fee by mail within 21 business days of your request.
What is a typical day like at boot camp?
Each workout program is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to give you maximum results in minimum time it is difficult to describe a “typical day.” You can expect to use dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, tubing, & bodyweight.
Since no two workouts are ever the same and there is an array of unique training exercises that causes “Muscle Confusion.” This type of training literally shocks the body into fat loss, thus accelerating the results process by constantly introducing new moves and routines so your body never plateaus , and you never get bored! If you want to get lean, fit, or just plain ripped, there's an endless variety of ways we challenge you to keep you motivated.
How soon will I see results?
It took time for you to get where you are today, and so it's only natural that it will take a little time to see dramatic changes. But you will most definitely experience performance, strength and conditioning improvement, sometimes in as little as three to four days.
“See-it-in-the-mirror” results can take 14 days or more, depending on how much effort you put into it. Again, it's all about attitude. If you show up ready to put in the effort while you're at boot camp, and you follow our nutritional guidance (without traditional dieting – don't worry about that nonsense, we don't play those games) of eating smaller, more frequent meals and healthy snacks while you're away from boot camp, you can expect to see real transformational results by the end of the four weeks. 1-2 dress size reduction, 3-8% body fat reduction and a minimum of 5-12 pounds of weight lost, is not uncommon and absolutely within your grasp. We'll help you every step of the way, and motivate you to succeed!
What do I do when camp is over?
MaxFit Boot Camp is an ongoing program. However, typically after we completing three 4-week sessions we may take one week off so that you can recover. This is a lifestyle change. You're welcome to join for a little as one camp or stay onboard for the long haul like 99% of our campers!
