I do much better with a consistent exercise program. I was pleasantly surprised that along with Max Body boot camp, I've gotten education about nutrition and how important it is. Mark is great at explaining how important both exercise and nutrition are. I also really wanted to shake things up and I thought the boot camp would be a great way to do that.
I love being outside. I love the varied workouts. I get bored, so mixing it up with different, fast-paced exercises really keeps me going.
__I like the feeling of being in a group and supporting one another. I also like having a coach/trainer pushing me (in a nice way, of course :) ).
I've lost about ten pounds and 8 inches all around my body. My clothing fits much better. I feel great! I feel energetic and strong. I get complimented a lot about how great I look. That feels really good. Every time I work out I feel like I can do more. Exercises are easier and my body just moves better.
It's fun. It's a supportive environment. Your body gets stronger. You feel great afterward. It's nice to be outdoors in the fresh air. Mark is wonderful! He is very supportive and helpful. It is clear that he wants you to succeed."
